FFA were looking to refresh their existing office environment which they had outgrown and felt no longer reflected the companies ethos. Both they layout and aesthetics needed a re-think.

 

The result centered on a semi-industrial look and feel requiring a new air conditioning system, removal of the standard ceiling tiles, replaced with acoustic panels, acoustic vinyl flooring and new furniture throughout. Fit-out handled by PIP with Ian Silk of Silkhouse as PM.
