Venaspace purchased The Mount, Paris Street, Exeter as part of their expansion programme. The upper floors were given over to corporate rentals while the basement housed archive storage area. 

Revisionr was asked to produce a design that would repurpose the basement into a co-working space for the buildings occupants. A mixture of small start-up offices, ad-hoc rentable work areas and a bar were the key elements required for the space. Given the nature of a basement space a semi-industrial aesthetic was the best solution to make the most of the existing core finishes and thereby reduce the over send on refurbishments works.
